Classic Olives
A spicy Sicilian mix of olives marinated in chilli infused extra virgin olive with garlic, bay and cracked black pepper. These are a litle spicy but go very nicely with a cold beer or soft drink.
Garlic Olives
Large green olives stuffed with a garlic clove in light brine with olive oil. Not as strong as you might think and very popular.
Verde Olives
Green olives marinated in lemon infused extra virgin olive oil flavoured with coriander and garlic. Zesty and fresh, the Spanish eat them for breakfast.
Pistachio Nuts
Freshly roasted and salted pistachio nuts served in their shell.
Panninis
Lightly grilled and served with crisps.
Ham Delight
Ham, cheese, mixed peppers & onions sealed with sun-dried tomato pesto.
Tuna Melt
Tuna chunks and diced Spanish onion smothered with melted cheddar cheese.
Vegetarian
Mild cheddar cheese, peppers & onions spread with sun-dried tomato pesto.
Cheese Board
These three finely selected cheeses are served with fresh grapes & water crackers. A great accompaniment to our fine wines.
Brie
The most prized and celebrated of all French cheeses, Brie is believed to have been created prior to the 8th century.This creamy mild pasteurised Brie has a subtle texture and flavour.
Stilton
Only seven dairies are licensed to produce the semi-soft, crumbly but creamy
ivory-hued king of cheeses using the original centuries-old recipe. So esteemed is Stilton’s unique flavour and texture,it’s the only British cheese with its own certification trademark.
Montgomery Cheddar
Ours is made by the Montgomery family who have been making the cheese at Manor Farm for generations. This one has a full nutty flavour and a dry texture.
